POTLUCK & SHIPWRECK DANCE
Many years ago, Lake Bronson members took a tropical cruise and found themselves shipwrecked on a deserted island. Fortunately, they could salvage a lot of supplies and equipment from the ship.

The potluck dinner will be “Surf and Turf” at 7:00 pm and that will be followed up with the dance at 8:30 pm. As usual, we will be playing the music that you all enjoy, and remember, our friendly DJ takes requests!

2017 PARTY LANE PROGRESSIVE DINNER
The atmosphere will be filled with gaiety as everyone reconnects with friends and welcomes the camping season. We have learned that come shine or come drizzle, even a down right rain pour, our campers and guests are a hearty bunch who do not want to bring the event indoors. If we have to, we will carry our pop up canopies from stop to stop!

ANNUAL RON SACKMANN GOLF TOURNAMENT
Monday, May 29th is Memorial Day and also our 8th Ron Sackmann Golf Tournament. To our members who did not know Ron, you missed meeting a very unique man. Ron graduated from Sedro Wooley High School and was appointed to West Point. He had two tours in Viet Nam and retired as a Two Star General. Members of Lake Bronson that knew him have many stories about him. Ron died on February 28, 2009. We started a golf tournament in his honor that same year.

It is a lot of fun and you don’t have to be a good golfer. We have a scramble or best-ball game which makes the game move along smoothly. The winning foursome will have their picture taken and put on the Trophy, which is a steel pot helmet that is kept in the office.

Please let us know if you will be playing. We will meet at a local golf course at 9:00 AM and will put together the teams of four then. Experienced golfers will be matched with inexperienced golfers. Remember, this is to be a fun tournament with lots of laughter, joking and a few surprises thrown in. We know Ron will be watching and looking for bare feet. If you have a Ron Sackmann t-shirt from our 2nd tournament, please remember to wear it.
